By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Promoter
The promoter of this Prize Draw is Vodafone Limited (company number: 01471587), The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN (‘Promoter’).
Eligibility
This Prize Draw is open to:
a. UK residents aged 18 years and over;
b. existing Vodafone Pay monthly mobile customers who are new Vodafone Home Broadband customers; and
c. customers that meet 2a. and 2b. and who receive an invitation from the Promoter to take part in this Prize Draw and provide the end date of the minimum term contract with their current home broadband provider;
(each a ‘Participant’).
Entry is limited to one (1) Entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same person or made via a third party (including by use of an automated service) will be invalid.
Prize
There are twenty (20) prizes of £100 Gift Cards to be won (each a ‘Prize’).
The Prizes carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Prize Draw Period
The Prize Draw is open from 09:00 on 7 January 2026 until 23:59 on 7 March 2026 (‘Prize Draw Period’).
Entry
The Prize Draw will be carried out by the Promoter upon the end of the Prize Draw Period.
The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Entries must be made by the Participant and must not be made through agents or third parties.
To enter the Prize Draw you must, during the Prize Draw Period, confirm the date that the minimum term of your existing home broadband contract ends via the URL provided in the Prize Draw invitation and complete all required fields (‘Entry’).
Entries will then be entered into a random draw. The winner(s) will be selected independently. If selected as a winner, you will be required to validate the Entry by sharing proof of your existing home broadband contract end date with us within ten (10) working days of contact, confirming you have been selected as a winner. Proof will be reviewed by the Promoter, and all winners will be contacted via email by 30 March 2026 to confirm whether their Entry has been validated. If your proof is rejected by the Promoter or no proof is submitted within ten (10) working days of initial contact, the Promoter will contact you to confirm you are no longer eligible to claim a Prize and reserves its right to draw new winners. We will confirm how to provide proof if you are selected as a winner.
Entries that are incomplete, unvalidated, or damaged will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the Entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Prize Draw.
The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such actions as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of the Participant.
Entries must be made by the Participant and must not be made through agents or third parties.
Fully completed Entries must be sent to be received no later than the end of the Prize Draw Period. Entries received after the Prize Draw Period will not be eligible for entry.
Winner Selection and Prize
The Prize Draw will take place on 13 March 2026.
The Prize winners will be the first twenty (20) Entries selected at random from all valid Entries received by the Promoter in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Prize winners shall be notified by the Promoter by 30 March 2026 using the email address provided by the Participant at the time of Entry. Validated winners will each have ninety (90) days from the date of validation of their Entry by following the steps set out in the fulfilment email. After this time, the Prize will no longer be available.
The Prize should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please check the redemption instructions and terms and conditions of your chosen Prize before making your choice (see paragraphs 21–24 of these terms).
In the event that a Prize winner or substitute Prize winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their Prize, and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, which shall be the next Entry selected at random.
The Prize redemption details will be sent to you via email once you have validated your Entry. Prizes will be delivered via Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited (company number: 4155659) of Westside, London Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP3 9TD (‘Blackhawk’). You will receive your Prize within ten (10) working days of redemption.
If you do not receive your Prize, or if the Gift Card is not working, it is your responsibility to contact Blackhawk via details provided in the fulfilment email, submitting a Contact Us form, or by phone (0344 693 9901).
By claiming the Prize, you are also accepting Blackhawk’s terms and conditions and the terms of your chosen Gift Card retailer, available on Blackhawk’s website at the time of selection.
By entering into this Prize Draw, you acknowledge and agree that if you win a Prize, the Promoter shall be obliged to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. For all other third parties, details of the winners are available from the Promoter on request, unless the winner(s) choose(s) not to allow their details to be made available (see paragraphs 26–27 of these terms for more information).
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
General
The Promoter will use your information to facilitate the survey, run the Prize Draw, contact you if you win, obtain validation of your contract end date, and provide you with your Vodafone service. If you are a winner, unless you object, we may publish or make available your details if requested to demonstrate that a valid award took place. For some promotions, we may also use your entry, your name, your social media username, and/or photos for promotional purposes, including for display on our social media channels and other marketing materials. We will only send you future marketing if you have agreed to this.
Vodafone will process your data in line with our Privacy Policy to contact you to let you know whether you have won and to validate your Entry if you win. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Prize Draw whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of this Prize Draw.
The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for:
any failure to receive Entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;
any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Entries;
any computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures;
any disruptions, losses, or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or
any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Draw.
By entering the Prize Draw, the participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including but not limited to negligence) arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw, or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at, or use of any prize (except for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
The terms and conditions for this Prize Draw are governed by English law, and any disputes (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Prize Draw shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
