Switcher credit offer (from 9 March 2026) terms and conditions
What is the offer?
We will give you Vodafone account credit when you switch to us and pay early termination fees to your previous home broadband provider. The credit will be equivalent to the early termination fees you paid to your previous provider, up to a maximum of £200 (inclusive of VAT).
Eligibility
To qualify for this offer, you must:
be a new Vodafone Home Broadband customer;
sign up to any of our 24-month Vodafone Home Broadband plans directly with Vodafone (an ‘Eligible Plan’);
have an existing contract with another UK home broadband provider for the same address;
have paid an early termination or cancellation fee to your previous provider to leave the minimum term of your existing contract (this does not include standard monthly fees or outstanding charges).
Important notes
This offer is only available if you purchase your plan directly from Vodafone, online, in store, or over the phone. Purchases made through a third party (e.g. Currys, Quidco, TopCashback, etc.) are not eligible for this offer.
Any 12-month plans, including Vodafone Essential Broadband, are not eligible for this offer.
How to claim your credit
Claim form deadline: you must submit your claim online within 90 days of your Eligible Plan being activated. Please use this claim form
Provide proof of fees: you must upload a copy of the invoice from your previous provider as part of the claim form that clearly shows (i) your full address, which must be identical to the address used for the Eligible Plan you take out with us, and (ii) the early termination or cancellation fees you were charged. Your claim may be rejected and/or we may request you re-submit your claim if the invoice provided does not include the full address and/or applicable fees as above.
Credit application: we will review and process your claim within 30 days of it being submitted and apply any credit you are eligible for directly to your Vodafone account.
Additional notes
This offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
The switcher credit will be given to you as an account credit and the applicable amount will be VAT-inclusive.
