Switcher Credit Offer (1 to 30 September 2026) terms and conditions
1. What’s the Offer?
We’ll give you Vodafone account credit when you switch to a Vodafone 5G Broadband 24-month plan or a Vodafone Home Broadband 24-month plan and pay your early termination fees to your previous broadband provider. The credit will be equivalent to the early termination fees you paid your previous provider, up to a maximum of £300 (inclusive of VAT).
Offer Period
You must:
Be a new Vodafone 5G Broadband 24-month or Vodafone Home Broadband 24-month plan customer (an “Eligible Plan”);
Have an existing contract with another broadband provider for the same address;
Have paid an early termination or cancellation fee to your previous provider to leave the minimum term of your existing contract (this does not include standard monthly fees or outstanding charges).
This offer is available to you if you purchase your plan directly from Vodafone, online, in store or over the phone. Purchases made through a third-party (e.g. Currys, Quidco, TopCashback, etc.) are also eligible for this offer;
Any 12-month plan, including Vodafone Essential Broadband, is not eligible for this offer.
How to claim your credit:
a. Claim form deadline: You must submit your claim online within 90 days of your Eligible Plan being activated. Please use this claim form
b. Provide proof of fees: You must upload a copy of the invoice from your previous provider as part of the claim form that clearly shows (i) your full address, which must be identical to the address used for the Eligible Plan you take out with us and (ii) the early termination or cancellation fees you were charged. We may reject your claim and/or ask you to resubmit it if the invoice you provide does not include your full address and/or the applicable fees, as above.
c. Credit application: We’ll review and process your claim within 30 days of being submitted and apply any credit you are eligible for directly to your Vodafone account.
6. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash. The switcher credit will be given to you as an account credit and the applicable amount will be VAT inclusive.
7. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
8. We may change these Terms at any time. We’ll tell you beforehand where any change is likely to materially disadvantage you.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Vodafone Limited’s privacy policy
