Vodafone Cross-Sell £75 eGift voucher via Blackhawk Network (5 to 31 March 2026) terms and conditions
Promoter
1.The promoter is Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN (the “Promoter”).
Offer
1. Get one (1) £75 eGift voucher via Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited (registered under 04155659) of Westside, London Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, HP3 9TD (“Blackhawk”) (the “Voucher”) per customer when you purchase a Vodafone Home Broadband plan (“Qualifying Plan”) directly from the Promoter. The purchase can be made online from our broadband page, in store, by phone, or via web chat.
2. Vodafone Essentials Broadband plans are excluded from this promotion.
3. Plans purchased through our partners and other affiliate sites or third parties (e.g. Currys, Quidco, TopCashback) are excluded from the Offer. The Qualifying Plan you purchase will be subject to a 24-month minimum contract plan. The price for the purchase of a Qualifying Plan includes the Offer, and no additional payment is required
Offer Period
1. You will need to complete your purchase between 00:01 on 5 March 2026 and 23:59 on 31 March 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Offer you must:
a) be at least 18 years old with a UK bank account;
b) purchase a Qualifying Plan within the Offer Period;
c) have an existing Vodafone Pay monthly mobile plan, SIM only airtime plan, or SIM only data plan (“PAYM Plan”);
a.be a new Vodafone Home Broadband customer, not upgrading from an existing Vodafone Home Broadband Plan;
b.have been presented with the Offer directly from Vodafone on broadband page, in store, by phone, or via web chat;
d) be resident and responsible for paying the bills at the address where the Qualifying Plan will be installed; and
Remain a Qualifying Plan customer for at least 14 days after the activation of the service(s) under the Qualifying Plan. The Offer is only available to new Vodafone Home Broadband customers that fulfil the eligibility criteria set out in 6 above. Customers upgrading from an existing Vodafone Home Broadband plan are not eligible for this Offer.
If you purchase a Qualifying Plan online, the purchase should be completed in one session to ensure the sale is tracked correctly. If before completing your transaction you click through to Vodafone from an affiliate site, or navigate away from the Vodafone site, the sale may not track correctly, and you will not qualify for the Offer. Further, if you use adblocking software, VPN, or have cookies disabled on your device, the sale may not track correctly, and you will not qualify for the Offer.
How and when to receive the Offer
1. In order to redeem the Offer, you must provide a valid email address when purchasing a Qualifying Plan.
2. It may take up to 44 days from the date of activation of a Qualifying Plan for you to be verified as eligible for the Offer. Vodafone will only consider queries about eligibility for the Offer once this 44-day period has passed.
3. When the Promoter has verified your eligibility for the Offer, the Promoter will send an email to the email address provided by you at the time of purchase with details of how to redeem the Offer.
4. You have until the expiry date to use your promotional code.
5. If you do not receive your Gift Card post redemption, or if the Gift Card is not working, it is your responsibility to contact Blackhawk via details provided in the fulfilment email, by submitting a Contact Us form or by phone (0344 693 9901).
6. By claiming the Gift Card, you are also accepting Blackhawk’s terms and conditions and the terms of your chosen Gift Card retailer, available on Blackhawk’s website at the time of selection.

General Terms
These terms are specific to the Offer and are in addition to Vodafone’s standard terms and conditions for the Qualifying Plan.
The Promoter reserves the right to charge you the value of the promotional code if it is redeemed, and you thereafter cancel your Vodafone Home Broadband plan within the 14-day cooling off period for your Qualifying Plan, as described in Vodafone’s terms and conditions and returns policy.

The Offer is subject to availability. The Promoter may substitute the Offer with another offer of similar value if the Offer is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Any decisions made by the Promoter over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring in relation to the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
There is no cash alternative to the Offer.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary, extend, or withdraw the Offer at any time with immediate effect via the Promoter’s website, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
You can only claim the Offer once, and the Offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders, and/or combined with any other voucher, offer, discount, or promotional code that may available during the Offer Period, except for Switcher credit offer which is available in conjunction with the Gift Card promotion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
