Military and Armed Forces Broadband Discount Offer terms and conditions
The following terms apply to the Military and Armed Forces - Broadband Discount Offer (the "Offer") between:
Vodafone Limited (company number 01471587) of Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG142FN England ("we" or "us"); and
The individual eligible for the Discount ("you").
These terms are in addition to our Home Broadband and Phone Terms and Conditions (the "Broadband Terms").
The Offer
1. Eligible customer will receive a monthly discount on selected 24-month Home Broadband plans (the "Discount").
Eligibility
2. To be eligible for the Discount you must be:
a) a new Vodafone broadband customer (upgrading customers are not eligible for the Discount);
b) purchasing one of the following 24-month home broadband plans:
Fibre 2;
Full Fibre 2; or
Full Fibre 150 ("Eligible Plans");
c) serving, or have formerly been serving, in the Military or Armed Forces;
d) at least 18 years old;
e) with a bank account; and
f) a permanent resident in the UK; and
g) have a valid discount code.
3. Eligible Plans are subject to availability, location, a satisfactory credit check and the Broadband terms.
4. The discount code must be applied at the time of purchase. The Discount cannot be applied to any pre-existing orders for any of the Eligible Plans.
Discount
5. The Discount does not apply to any other or additional charges incurred outside the standard monthly price (such as, but not limited to, additional call packages).
General
6. The Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions (including gifts with purchase and Vodafone Together).
7. Prices quoted include VAT where applicable.
8. The Discount does not apply to any plans other than Eligible Plans, such as but not limited to:
a) mobile broadband or WiFi plans (including dongles);
b) business accounts or business mobile or broadband/ landline plans; and
c) the Vodafone Essentials Broadband plan or any 12-month Home Broadband plan.
9. To claim the Discount, you must:
a) be serving, or have formerly been serving, in the Military or Armed Forces enter your discount code at the checkout and the Discount will be applied automatically.
10. Plans purchased through our partners and other affiliate sites are excluded from the Discount.
11. The Discount is limited to one Eligible Plan (1) per household.
12. No third-party purchases, purchases made instore or over the phone will be eligible for the Discount. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility for the Discount. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying your eligibility (and your compliance with these terms) and the Discount may be withdrawn unless and until we are satisfied with the verification.
13. We reserve the right to review, change or cancel the Discount and these terms without notice unless any changes are to your detriment, in which case, we will let you know. Any changes will not affect the Discount within the minimum term of an Eligible Plan.
14. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither we, nor our agents or distributors will, in any circumstances, accept any liability to you for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Eligible Plan or Discount whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence) or otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law, including without limitation liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
15. These terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
