Offer
Get one (1) £100 eGift voucher via Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited (registered under 04155659) of Westside, London Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, HP3 9TD (“Blackhawk”) (the “Voucher”) per customer when you purchase any eligible Vodafone Broadband 24-month plan (“Vodafone Broadband plan”) which can be an eligible Vodafone Home Broadband 24-month plan or an eligible Vodafone 5G Broadband 24-month plan, known as the “Qualifying Plan” directly from the Vodafone. The purchase can be made online (see for our 5G broadband page and our Home Broadband page), in store, by phone, or via web chat.
Vodafone Essentials plans are excluded from the Offer.
Plans purchased through our partners and other affiliate sites or third parties (e.g. Currys, Quidco, TopCashback) are excluded from the Offer.
Offer Period
You will need to complete your purchase of a Qualifying Plan between 00:01 on 1 September 2026 and 23:59 on 30 September 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Offer, you must:
have an existing Vodafone Pay monthly mobile plan, SIM only Airtime Plan, or SIM only data plan (“Vodafone PAYM Plan”);
be a new Vodafone Home Broadband customer, not upgrading from an existing Vodafone Home Broadband plan;
have been presented with the Offer directly from Vodafone through our website, by phone, via web chat, or in store;
be at least 18 years old with a UK bank account;
provide a valid email address;
purchase a Qualifying Plan within the Offer Period;
be resident and responsible for paying the bills at the address where the Qualifying Plan will be installed; and
remain a Qualifying Plan customer for at least14 days after the activation of the service(s) under the Qualifying Plan
(together, the “Eligibility Criteria”).
General
Following activation of the Qualifying Plan and satisfaction of the Eligibility Criteria, Vodafone may take up to 44 days from the date of activation to verify your eligibility for the Offer.
Once verified, Vodafone will email you with instructions explaining how to redeem the Voucher through Blackhawk. Vodafone will only consider eligibility queries after the 44-day verification period expires.
The Voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Any unused Voucher will expire automatically at the end of that period;
If you do not receive your Voucher post-redemption, or if the Voucher is not working, it is your responsibility to contact Blackhawk via the details provided in the fulfilment email, by submitting a Contact Us form or by phone (0344 693 9901);
The Voucher is provided and fulfilled by Blackhawk and is subject to Blackhawk’s terms and the terms applicable to the selected reward. For further information on how Blackhawk processes your personal data, see their privacy policy page;
Vodafone is not responsible for the availability, performance or fulfilment of rewards offered by Blackhawk.
These terms are specific to the Offer and are in addition to Vodafone’s standard terms and conditions for the Qualifying Plan.

Any decisions made by Vodafone over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Vodafone, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring in relation to the Offer, except where it is caused by the negligence of Vodafone, its agents, or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
There is no cash alternative to the Offer.
Vodafone reserves the right to vary, extend, or withdraw the Offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with immediate effect, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
You can only claim the Offer once and cannot use it on pre-existing orders. With the exception of an eligible Switcher offer, the Offer cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, discount, or promotional code that may be available during the Offer Period.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
