International Calls and Texts Prize Giveaway (3 December to 31 December 2024) terms and conditions

Prize

100 winners will win an International Calls and Texts Extra for 7 days ("Extra").

The prize is not exchangeable for cash, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. Vodafone reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.

You must be a Vodafone consumer pay monthly customer to be able to use the Extra.

How it works

If you are one of our 100 prize winners, we'll apply the Extra to your account at 00:01 on 8 January 2025 and notify you of this by SMS.

Once applied to your account, you'll be able to make unlimited calls to call standard landline and mobile numbers and send unlimited SMS messages to countries in any of the destinations included.

Exclusions

The Extra does not apply to:

  • Calls to the UK (which includes the Channel Islands and Isle of Man)

  • Calls to premium-rate and non-geographic numbers

  • International calls made while outside our Global Roaming destinations

  • Text and picture messages

  • Video calls

The Extra will automatically be removed after seven days at 23:59 on 14 January 2025. We'll notify you of this the day before. After this time, unless you have one of our other International Calls or Texts extras, you'll be charged at our standard rates.
