How to get the everyone.connected bundle in three steps
Top up a minimum of £5
Call 2345 to top up - £5 minimum.
Text EVERYONE5 to 49500
You'll be moved to this bundle immediately. If you still have free days left to use, you'll lose them.
Top up £5 each month
Otherwise we'll move you to our Pay as you go 1 plan. Didn't renew on time and want the £5 bundle back? Text EVERYONE5 to 49500.

You'll need to make sure you have at least £5 credit in your account before you can opt into this Pay as you go Bundle.
You can opt-in by texting EVERYONE5 to 49500, free from your Vodafone Pay as you go phone. You'll need to send the text from the phone you want to add the bundle to.
Please note: Once you've opted in to your Pay as you go Bundle, you'll pay our standard Pay as you go 1 rates if it expires and you don't renew, or if you opt out of your bundle. Once you've bought your Big Value Bundle, please wait until you have received your confirmation SMS before using your new allowance. This can take up to 24 hours.
Scroll, stream and socialise as it suits for 30 days. If you use up all your data before the bundle ends, you'll pay out-of-plan rates. But you can always renew early by texting BVBHP to 49501 or add an Extra
We'll text you a reminder a few days before your renewal is due. If you've got enough credit, you don't need to do anything - your bundle will renew automatically and you'll get Total Rollover on all the allowances you don’t use. You can only roll over your data one time.
If you don't have enough credit, you have a seven day grace period to top up so that your bundle will renew. You'll pay our standard Pay as you go 1 rates during this period.
If you couldn't renew on time and want to purchase the Half Price Big Value Bundle 10 again, you can simply text EVERYONE5 to 49500.
Vodafone Total Rollover lets you keep any unused data, minutes and or texts from your previous Pay as you go Bundle and use them in the next 30-day period.
You'll need to use any allowances that roll over within the next 30 days. Your allowance won't roll over more than once, so you can’t save it for longer than 30 days.
You won't be eligible to roll over your allowance if:
You renew you Pay as you go Bundle early
You switch to another Pay as you go Bundle
Your bundle doesn't automatically renew by the end of day 30 (due to not having enough credit in your account)
If you use all your data before the bundle ends, you will be charged our standard out-of-plan rates:
£2 a day for 50MB data, and 10p for each additional MB.

My Vodafone app
Download the My Vodafone app to view your balance, top up and manage your plan.
Minimum top up amount is £5.
Check your balance online with My Vodafone and top up anytime using our Top up portal.
Minimum top up amount is £10.
Dial *#1345# free from your Vodafone Pay as you go phone to see your balance on screen.
Call 2345 free from your Vodafone Pay as you go phone to hear your balance or top up.
Minimum top up amount is £5.
If you don't have your Vodafone mobile with you, call the Pay as you go credit line on 03333 048048 from any other UK mobile or landline (standard call charges apply).
Top up in store or buy a voucher
You can top up in your nearest Vodafone store at a self-service Top Up kiosk. Or you can buy a pre-loaded voucher and use it to top up online
Top up automatically
Just download the My Vodafone app and choose Top Up from the main menu, then select Auto Top up.
Alternatively, you can call 18829 free from the Vodafone Pay as you go mobile you want to register and make your initial Top up. Then choose how often you want your Top up to automatically activate - weekly, monthly or every 30 days.
If you remove a Pay as you go Bundle, or your bundle fails to renew, you will start paying our standard Pay as you go rates, otherwise known as Pay as you go 1.
With Pay as you go 1, you'll pay just £1 each day you use your phone, which gives you the following to use until midnight:
On the days you don't use your phone to make a call, send a text or use data, you won’t pay anything.
The following services are not included with Pay as you go 1:
Premium and non-geographic calls or texts
Calls, messages, or data usage from outside the UK
We'll let you know each time you dial a number not included in your allowance, so you can choose whether to continue with the call.

To keep your Pay as you go number active, you need to use it for at least one chargeable activity - like sending a text or topping up - every 180 days.
If you don't top up or use any credit for 90 days, we'll send you a text explaining that your account will expire in another 90 days.
To avoid this, simply use your phone for a chargeable activity after you receive the reminder text. This will let you carry on as normal with your current number.
However, if you don't use your phone within that 90-day period, your mobile number will be disconnected and will no longer work.

VeryMe Rewards is Vodafone's customer loyalty programme available to Pay monthly and Pay as you go mobile customers.
VeryMe Rewards gives you personalised offers and rewards for your favourite things - from high street discounts and discounted cinema tickets, to a sparkling West End experience.
With our Big Value Bundles, you can use your data, minutes and texts in Zone A destinations at no extra cost.
If you are within the 'seven day period' while travelling in our Zone A, you'll be charged in line with your base plan for minutes, texts and data.
To remove your Pay as you go Bundle (also known as a Big Value Bundle), simply let us know by starting a chat with us, calling 4354 free from your Vodafone mobile, or speaking to an adviser in one of our stores
If you'd like to use your bundle until your current 30-day period is up, you can stop it from auto-renewing using the My Vodafone app. To do this:
Open the My Vodafone app and select the Plan button on the home screen
Then, choose Change plan
You'll be asked to enter and confirm your mobile number - enter this and select Continue
Select the Opt out button underneath your bundle details
We'll text you a security code - enter the text you receive into the Security code box, then select Continue
Select Remove this Big Value Bundle
Once your bundle is removed from your account, you'll lose any remaining data, minutes or texts you had and will start paying our standard Pay as you go rates
If you're thinking of leaving Vodafone Pay as you go, or are in the process of leaving, you can request a refund of any remaining credit and any completely unused bundles up to 60 days after you've been disconnected.
If you have a Pay as you go mobile broadband line with us you can also do that here. You just need to make sure you register for a My Vodafone account before doing so.

If you've left Vodafone Pay as you go or a Pay as you go mobile broadband line within the last 60 days, you can still request a refund for any remaining credit, but only if you register for a My Vodafone account.

Half Price Big Value Bundle 10: This is an ongoing offer available only to everyone.connected customers who receive a text message containing a URL link to information on the offer. Customers will be given at least 30 days' notice if the offer is to be withdrawn or the price is to be increased. Half Price Big Value Bundle 10 is a standalone Big Value Bundle not connected to the Big Value Bundle 10.
Roaming: From 12 July 2022, your data usage is for use in the UK and Zone A destinations (Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man) only. Please visit vodafone.co.uk/mobile/extras for a list of Vodafone's Pay as you go roaming extras.
Total Rollover: Any unused allowance from your current Pay as you go Bundle will only rollover from one bundle to the next, for use in the next 30-day period, if your Pay as you go Bundle renews automatically.
