  • What if I need more data for my SIM only plan?

    If you find you need more data for your SIM only plan than the allowance you’ve bought, you can add one of our Data Extras

  • Are these offers just for new customers?

    Existing mobile customers can also take this bundle, but you must be eligible to upgrade. You are eligible for these offers if you are:

    • A new SIM only and new Home Broadband customer
    • New SIM only customer and ready to upgrade your Home Broadband package
    • A new Home Broadband customer and ready to upgrade your SIM only plan
    • Ready to upgrade both your SIM only and Home Broadband plan
  • Do you offer bundle deals on all of your SIM only plans and Home Broadband packages?

    No. The offers advertised are the only bundles on offer. If you want a SIM only plan that’s not currently included in our offers, you can still buy it separately.

  • How will the bundle offer look on my bill?

    The offer will be presented as two separate line items on your bill – one for the SIM only plan and one for Home Broadband. You’ll also see discounts added to your bill, which represent the savings you will be making.

    You won’t see the Home Broadband package appear on your bill straight away as it takes time it takes to set up your connection.

    • Month 1 – you’ll see the new SIM only plan on your bill
    • Month 2 – You’ll see the new SIM only plan and the Home Broadband package on your bill. Please note: you’ll see the full price for your new broadband package for a month, charged in advance, plus an additional pro-rata charge for those first few days of your new plan before your bill was produced.
    • Month 3 – you’ll see two separate line items on your bill – one for the SIM only plan and one for Home Broadband. You won’t see the bundle price, but you will see discounts added to your bill, which represent the savings you’ll be making.
  • Home Broadband contracts are 18 months. Does buying a bundle tie me into a SIM only contract for an 18-month term?

    No. However, if you upgrade your SIM only plan the discount will not be carried forward, though your Home Broadband price will stay the same.

  • Will I still be able to get a flexible upgrade to a new Pay monthly phone plan after three months?

    Yes. However, if you upgrade your SIM only plan, the discount will not be carried forward. Your Home Broadband price will stay the same.

  • What will happen after I have purchased the bundle?

    You will sign up to two sets of Terms & Conditions; One for the Sim Only and one for the Home broadband. This means you’ll also receive two sets of notifications and welcome communications from us about the progress of each of these orders. This means you may receive a high number of communications from us across the first couple of days.

  • How much am I actually paying for the SIM Only and Home Broadband within the bundle?
