Pay as you go Cross-Sell Home Broadband Offer (10 September to 8 October 2026) terms and conditions
1. Offer
Vodafone Pay as you go (PAYG) customers are eligible to receive a £2 monthly discount on any eligible 12- and 24-month Vodafone Broadband plan (the “Offer”). This can be an eligible Vodafone Home Broadband 24-month plan or an eligible Vodafone 5G Broadband 12-month or 24-month plan, known as the “Qualifying Plan” directly from Vodafone.
2. Eligibility
Vodafone Essentials plans are excluded from the Offer.
The Offer is available only to new Vodafone Broadband customers who order via the Vodafone website. Upgrading customers and customers who order in store, by phone, via web chat, or through other indirect channels (i.e. Currys, comparison sites, etc.) are not eligible.
To qualify, you must be:
a Vodafone PAYG customer;
at least 18 years old;
with a bank account; and
a permanent resident in the UK.
You must also have received a valid discount code directly from Vodafone via email or SMS. The discount code must be applied at the time of purchase.
3. Offer Period
The Offer is valid for purchases completed between 09:00 on 10 September 2026 and 23:59 on 8 October 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
4. Discount
The £2 monthly discount will be applied to the plan’s monthly price for the duration of the minimum term selected by the customer at the time of purchase (either a 12-month or 24-month minimum term) unless the plan is upgraded, amended or otherwise terminated.
5. General Terms
You can only claim the Offer once. You cannot use the Offer on pre-existing orders. With the exception of an eligible Switcher offer, the Offer cannot be combined with any other eVoucher, offer, discount, or promotional code that may be available during the Offer Period.
The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
The Offer can only be claimed once per customer and cannot be applied to existing or previously placed orders.
These terms apply specifically to this Offer and are in addition to our Home Broadband and Phone terms and conditions (“Broadband Terms”), available on Vodafone’s terms and conditions hub
Vodafone Home Broadband plans are subject to availability, credit checks and the Broadband Terms.
Vodafone reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the Offer or these terms at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
