What is a Loyalty Bundle?

Loyalty Bundles are allowances of data, minutes or texts which can be redeemed through our Rewards on Pay as you go programme, or acquired through promotional offers. Once added to your account, they’re only valid for a limited time. However, the additional data, minutes or texts will always be used before those you’ve already paid for.

How can I track my usage?

We’ll send you a message once the Loyalty Bundle is applied to your account. After this, you can track your usage online in My Vodafone, on the My Vodafone app, or by calling 2345 free from your Vodafone mobile.

Note: in the My Vodafone app, your Loyalty Bundle allowance is listed under ‘Products and services’.

How do I get a Loyalty Bundle?

You can get a Loyalty Bundle by redeeming your Rewards on Pay as you go points, or by participating in a qualifying promotion. We’ll send you a confirmation text informing you how to add the bundle to your account, and how long it will last.

How long will it take for my Loyalty Bundle to be added?

After you request a Loyalty Bundle, we’ll send you a confirmation text informing you how to add the bundle to your account. Once you’ve followed the instructions in the message, your bundle should appear within 15 minutes. Note: in some cases, this can take up to 24 hours.

How long will my Loyalty Bundle last?

We’ll let you know how long your Loyalty Bundle lasts in the confirmation text. The bundle starts as soon as it’s added to your account. When your bundle expires, any unused allowances will be removed from your account.

Can I have more than one Loyalty Bundle on my account?

Yes, you can have up to five Loyalty Bundles on your account at once, but not two identical bundles at once.

Where can I call using an International Loyalty bundle?

International Minutes are eligible for calls from: UK and Europe to Our Rest of World Zones 1/2/3/4.

International Minutes (Europe Zone) are eligible for standard calls from the UK to any Europe Zone destination
