Vodafone 12 Month Upgrade Promise is available to Consumers and Small Businesses who purchase an iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max on a Vodafone Pay Monthly plan between the 13th September 2019 and the 28th February 2020.
If you have taken your agreement out with one of our distribution or VPS partners (for example, Carphone Warehouse, OneCom) you will not qualify for the Vodafone 12 Month Upgrade Promise.
How it works
After 12 months from your agreement start date, you can call us on 191, find us on www.vodafone.co.uk or visit your nearest store to benefit from the Vodafone 12 Month Upgrade Promise.
You can upgrade from your pay monthly iPhone plan to a new pay monthly phone of your choice (“new plan”), subject to the following:
a) The new plan you choose must cost the same (or more) per month as your current iPhone plan; and
b) Your iPhone handset is returned in reasonable condition (for trade in terms and conditions, please click here).
Your current plan will then end, you will need to return the handset and you will start a new plan (which will have a new minimum term period).
What do I have to pay?
You will not pay an early upgrade fee, but you will still need to pay the upfront costs of the new phone you choose to upgrade to (if any) in addition to the applicable monthly fee for your new plan.
What plans can I upgrade on?
You can upgrade to any pay monthly price plan that has an equal or higher monthly price plan fee.
