More information on Apple Watch
Buying Apple Watch with cellular means you’ll be able to use your Watch to make calls, send and receive messages and use data for browsing your favourite apps – and you won’t need to have your iPhone on you or wait for Wi-Fi.
You’ll need to use the same network provider for your Apple Watch cellular plan and your iPhone plan to send and receive messages, answer calls and use apps on your Apple Watch.
Apple Watch GPS and cellular lets you use your Apple Watch independently – without needing your iPhone or Wi-Fi connectivity. Whereas Apple Watch with only GPS connectivity lets you do all the same things as cellular, but you’ll need your Watch to be connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to do so. It’ll also work as a GPS tracker, and you won’t need your iPhone nearby to do so.
