What if I get an error message when applying the discount

If you see an error message, start a web chat with one of our advisers – we’re here to help. To speed things up, please share a screenshot or image of the error message, so we can identify and fix the issue as quickly as possible.

How long will it take for my discount to be applied?

If you’ve selected a Vodafone Employee Advantage reward, your discount will appear on your account within 2-3 working days – no need to worry if it’s not visible straight away.

What should I do if my discount code has expired or has already been redeemed?

Start a web chat with us and share the code. We’ll check its eligibility and, if it hasn’t been redeemed, we’ll apply the discount to your account.

How many discounts can I get?

You can get six discount codes in total.

What happens when my contract expires?

You can reapply for the discount, but you’ll need to make a new application via the Vodafone Advantage form

How long will my discount last?

It is based on the plan you choose: 25% a month for 24‑month Airtime Plans 20% a month for 12‑ and 24‑month SIM only and tablet data plans

Step 1 - Apply for discount

Sign up with your work email and verify through the link we send. No work email? You can still apply and claim your code.

Step 2 - Choose your code

Follow the link to the Vodafone Advantage portal and claim your code for an eligible phone, tablet or SIM only plan. The code expires in one week.

Step 3 - Apply your code

Apply your discount in the promotional code box at checkout. Once you've placed your order, we’ll confirm your savings by email.
