This might be what’s affecting your signal or coverage. If you find an issue, we can send you progress updates by text

Get updates on issues in your area

If there’s an incident or planned maintenance happening on our network, we can send you progress updates by text. 

That way, you’ll know when the network is back up and running in your area. 

How to: 
  1. Go to the Network Status Checker 

  2. Choose My alerts – this is below the search bar 

  3. Enter your postcode and mobile number, how you want to receive alerts, then subscribe
