How do I change my GigaCube settings?

Log into your GigaCube to change the settings:

  1. Ensure your device is connected to the GigaCube WiFi

  2. Open a web browser on your device

  3. Type in https://giga.cube (4G GigaCube and 5G GigaCube)

  4. Enter your password – this is on the bottom of your GigaCube

Change WiFi details

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Type in your new WiFi username in the SSID box

  3. Choose Modify password then type in your new WiFi password

  4. Select Next, then Save

Block a device

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to Security, then Device Management

  3. Choose the device you’d like to block, then select Block

Block a website

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to Security, then Parental Controls

  3. Click Web Filter

  4. Choose the Blacklist option, then Add

  5. Type in the website you want to block – you don’t need to include http or https

  6. Choose On from the dropdown, then Apply

Set up internet access times

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to Security, then Parental Controls

  3. Select Internet Access Time Control box

  4. Choose the Blacklist option, then Add

  5. Choose the days and start and end times for accessing the internet

  6. Click on the devices you’d like to restrict, then Apply

Update mobile network settings:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Choose Dial-up dropdown, then Profile management

  3. Choose your APN settings, then Apply

If there are no APN settings, or you’d like to add a new one, choose New Profile. Fill in the details of your new profile:

Profile name: Internet (tick Set as default)
Username: web
Password: web
Authentication: Auto
IP Type: IPV4 (only)
APN: Internet

Select Save
