How do I check my 5G Broadband signal strength?

Go to your 5G Hub and check the LED signal strength indicator.

Blue light - you're connected to 5G:

• Light blue - excellent signal

• Mid-blue - good signal

• Dark blue - fair signal

Green light - you're connected to 4G:

• Light green - excellent signal

• Mid-green - good signal

• Dark green - fair signal

Yellow light - you have a poor signal.

To check the signal strength on your Outdoor Hub, you’ll need to go to the Hub itself and check the SIGNAL QUALITY display.

60 to 100 means it's on 5G, under 60 means it's on 4G.

5G network:

• 90 to 100 - excellent

• 80 to 89 - good

• 70 to 79 - fair

• 60 to 69 - weak

4G network:

• 50 to 59 - excellent

• 40 to 49 - good

• 30 to 39 - fair

• 20 to 29 - weak

Can’t read the display? You might need to restart your Outdoor Hub like this:

1. Locate your PoE (Power over Ethernet) cable

2. Turn it off at the mains

3. Wait ten seconds before turning it back on again

4. Go out and check the display on your Outdoor Hub again.
