Call 121 from your Vodafone mobile
Choose option four (mailbox settings), then option two (mailbox security)

These steps also apply if you want to set up a PIN for Visual Voicemail. You can set up a PIN on voicemail or visual voicemail at any time.
If you’re a Pay monthly customer, or you have a Pay as you go Bundle, calling 121 will use your minutes allowance. If you’ve used your allowance or you’re in a roaming zone where you can’t use your plan, standard call charges apply
Choose a security level
As part of the process of setting up a PIN on voicemail, you’ll need to choose a security level:
Standard: you’ll need to enter your PIN if you’re not calling from your Vodafone phone, or if you’re calling from abroad
High security: you’ll need to enter your PIN every time you call your voicemail to listen to your messages, even if you’re calling from your Vodafone phone
We recommend changing your PIN regularly and avoiding simple sequences such as 1111, 1234, or 4321.
