If you bought a phone on Vodafone EVO on or after 26 July 2023, you'll be covered by our Lifetime Warranty. For all other customers you can answer a few simple questions to see if you're covered.

If you have a warranty, check what's included. Anything that isn't covered by your warranty will be chargeable.

Included
Manufacturer faults, this includes things that weren't picked up during production
Defective parts, this includes faults occurring through normal use of your device
Faults that weren’t caused by accidental damage
Your warranty doesn't include
Not included
Liquid damage, like dropping your device in water
Accidental damage and wear and tear, like dents or a cracked screen
Power surge damage, like port damage
