I haven't received my trade-in pack
We’ll only send you a trade-in pack if you chose to use a DPD returns pack.
DPD returns pack
It can take up to seven days for your pack to arrive. We’ll send it with your new phone or SIM card if you’re getting one.
DPD self-print label
If you chose to print off the label, we’ll email it to you so check your Spam or Junk folders.
Drop off at store
You don’t need a pack, just take your phone into your nearest store.
If you don’t receive your DPD returns pack or self-print label, let us know and we’ll send you another one.
