Out-of-bundle price changes for Pay as you go bundles
From 10 May 2024, out-of-bundle charges for Big Value Bundles will increase. This won’t affect the price of your Big Value Bundle. These charges apply when making calls or texts not covered in your bundle, such as premium, international, or texts outside the UK.
We know no one likes to see prices rise. But like all industries, we're facing increased network and service costs.

Calls and texts
These charges only apply when you’ve used up your bundle of calls and/or texts when in the UK (if you don't have unlimited calls/texts) or when making calls or texts not covered in your bundle, such as premium, international, or texts outside the UK.
