Samsung Small Business Offer

1. Definitions
   1. “Eligible Customer” means a Vodafone Business customer with between 10 and 49 employees who purchases the Qualifying Products relating to the relevant Offer;
   2. “Offer” means Offer 1 or Offer 2 (as applicable);
   3. “Offer 1” means the offer described in clause 2 below;
   4. “Offer 2” means the offer described in clause 3 below;
   5. “Offer Period” means from 1 July 2022 until such time as Vodafone terminates the Offer in its sole discretion;
   6. “Qualifying Laptop” means:
      1. Samsung Galaxy Book Go 128GB purchased on a 36 month contract (“Offer 1 Laptop”);
      2. Samsung Galaxy Book Go 256GB purchased on a 36 month contract (“Offer 2 Laptop”);
   7. “Qualifying Mobile” means:
      1. Samsung Galaxy A53 5G Enterprise Edition 128GB purchased on a 36 month contract (“Offer 1 Mobile”);
      2. Samsung Galaxy S22 128GB 5G Enterprise Edition purchased on a 36 month contract (“Offer 2 Mobile”);
   8. “Qualifying Products” means the Qualifying Mobile, Qualifying Laptop and/or Qualifying Tablet relating to the relevant Offer;
   9. “Qualifying Tablet” means:
      1. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 32GB purchased on a 36 month contract (“Offer 1 Tablet”);
      2. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 128GB or Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 256GB, in either case purchased on a 36 month contract (“Offer 2 Tablet”);
   10. “Vodafone” means Vodafone Limited, a company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit lending and insurance distribution activity (Financial Service Register No. 712210). Registered in England and Wales. Company Number 01471587. Registered Office: Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN.
2. Offer 1
   1. Eligible Customers will save £101 during their 36 month contracts when purchasing an Offer 1 Mobile and an Offer 1 Tablet directly from Vodafone during the Offer Period.
   2. Eligible Customers will save £128 during their 36 month contracts when purchasing an Offer 1 Mobile and an Offer 1 Laptop directly from Vodafone during the Offer Period.
   3. For each Offer 1 Mobile an Eligible Customer purchases,  the Eligible Customer will qualify for a saving on an Offer 1 Tablet and an Offer 1 Laptop.
3. Offer 2
   1. Eligible Customers will save £248 during their 36 month contracts when purchasing an Offer 2 Mobile and an Offer 2 Tablet directly from Vodafone during the Offer Period.
   2. Eligible Customers will save £234 during their 36 month contracts when purchasing an Offer 2 Mobile and an Offer 2 Laptop directly from Vodafone during the Offer Period.
   3. For each Offer 2 Mobile an Eligible Customer purchases, the Eligible Customer will qualify for a saving on an Offer 2 Tablet and an Offer 2 Laptop.
4. Savings
   1. The savings figures set out above relate to the amount that would be payable if an Eligible Customer purchased the relevant Qualifying Products separately.
   2. The savings set out above shall be applied to the Qualifying Products in the following proportions:
      1. 90% to the Qualifying Mobile; and
      2. 10% to the Qualifying Laptop or Qualifying Laptop (as applicable).
5. Eligibility
   1. In order to be eligible for the Offer, Eligible Customers must purchase the relevant Qualifying Products simultaneously during the Offer Period by calling Vodafone directly on 0808 004 4495.
6. General
   1. Vodafone may amend, suspend or cancel the Offer, including without limitation these terms and conditions, at any time.
   2. The Offer is subject to the availability of the Qualifying Products.
   3. Insofar as is permitted by law, Vodafone will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate Eligible Customers or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of Vodafone.
   4. Vodafone shall process Eligible Customers’ personal data in accordance with Vodafone’s General Terms for Large Business Customers (available here: vodafone.co.uk/terms > Business > General Terms > General Terms – Current) for the purposes of administering this Offer.
   5. The Offer shall be governed by English law and Eligible Customers submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
