I have a Power Hub, Ultra Hub or WiFi Hub
To factory reset your router:
Keep your router turned on
Find the reset pin at the back of your router – this is next to the power button on the WiFi hub, above the power port on Ultra Hub and next to the power port on the Power Hub.
Insert a pin, push until you hear a click, and hold for 10 seconds
Wait five seconds for the router to restart – the front LED lights will turn white when it's finished
To reconnect your devices to the internet, you’ll need to enter the default password – you can find this on the bottom or back of your router.
I have a 5G Hub
Press and hold the button on the front of your hub and WPS button located on the base of your hub at the same time for around 10 seconds
Wait for the hub to turn off and on again
Once back on, the WiFi light on the front of your hub will be solid white. This means you have successfully restored your hub to factory settings
I have an Outdoor Hub
Using the Allen key provided, unscrew the weatherproof panel from the bottom of the hub
Locate the RESET button just above the SIM slot
Insert a small item, like a SIM tool or a paper clip, and hold it down for 10 seconds
Wait for the hub to turn off and on again
Once back on, the SYS light on the side of your hub will be solid blue. This means you have successfully restored your hub to factory settings
Reattach the weatherproof panel, tightening the screws with the Allen key. Make sure you don’t over-tighten the screws
If you want to reset your Outdoor Hub router, check the ‘I have a Power Hub, Ultra Hub or WiFi Hub’ section.
