How do I get the best speed/signal for my 5G Broadband?
Getting the best signal strength for your 5G Hub means putting it in a place where it can receive the strongest 5G connection from the local network tower. The 5G speeds your Hub gets are known as the ‘network speed’.

5G Broadband with Indoor Hub
To get the strongest signal for your 5G Hub, it should be positioned:
By a window
In an open space
In an upright position
Away from heating sources
At least 1m away from electrical items
Away from items that may cover the top of it
5G Broadband with Outdoor Hub
To get the strongest signal for your Outdoor Hub, first make sure it’s powered on using the PoE adaptor. For more information on how to do this, check out our set up guides
Next, looking at the signal quality display on your Outdoor Hub, move around all sides of the property (preferably outdoors but can also be done moving around the walls inside your home). Make note of where the strongest signal is shown – the higher the number, the stronger the signal. The maximum number is 100.
