How do I change my PIN?

If you've forgotten your phone unlock PIN, you can reset it.

SIM PIN

If your Phone Unlocking Key (PUK) has been blocked, it means you've put the incorrect code in too many times. Unfortunately, this means that your SIM is blocked
My Vodafone account PIN
You can change your PIN at any time using the My Vodafone app, or by logging into My Vodafone:
