How do I return my 5G Hub/5G Outdoor Hub?
If you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 days to return your Hub.

You’ll need to make sure the items are sent back to us complete, including packaging, instructions, accessories, and any free items. The dispatch note you received also needs to be returned, as that proves the date of purchase.
If you don’t return your 5G Hub or Outdoor Hub to us, then a non-return fee of up to £150 will be charged.
We’ll send you an email with all the information you need, and we’ll also send a pre-paid returns label.
What if my Hub is faulty or damaged already?
