This partnership now includes Gwalia Lightning and Brython Thunder - two new Welsh women's rugby teams that will play in the cross-border Celtic Challenge tournament.

    We've now added menstrual cycle tracking technology to this dashboard, which will help the Wales Women's rugby team analyse how the menstrual cycle impacts performance, wellbeing and recovery.
