Network access terms and conditions

Our standard charges for terminating a voice call from 1 April 2019 are:

  • Daytime = 0.479p a minute

  • Evening = 0.479p a minute

  • Weekend = 0.479p a minute

This reflects the rate calculated and published in a final statement by Ofcom on 27 March 2018 for monitoring compliance with the wholesale mobile call termination charge control.

  • All costs include VAT (where applicable)

  • Daytime rates apply Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

  • Evening rates apply Monday to Friday, 6pm to 8am

  • Weekend rates apply Saturday to Sunday
