Charge to Bill
We’ve teamed up with some of the best entertainment partners to give you a great choice of content – and with Charge to Bill, it’s easy to choose and enjoy more of it.
Charge to Bill is optional on all plans – so even if you’re already getting NOW TV as part of your Red Entertainment plan, there’s nothing to stop you adding Spotify Premium or Sky Sports Mobile TV as well.
So whether you want to download music, stream movies, read magazines, buy gifts or play games, it couldn’t be easier. Simply choose from our partners below, and select the Charge to Bill option at the checkout. The cost of your purchase will either be added to your bill if you’re a Pay monthly customer or taken from your credit if you’re on Pay as you go.
Verifying your mobile number
If you’re using data over our mobile network we’ll know it’s you, but if you’re on Wi-Fi or using a different device you’ll need to verify your mobile number with the four-digit PIN we’ll send by text.
Once you’ve verified your mobile number and completed your purchase, you’ll receive a text receipt either from us or the entertainment partner to let you know you’re good to go.
You can now add any purchases from the Google Play store onto your monthly bill. Or if you’re on Pay as you go, it will be deducted from your credit.FAQs

Payment Services Regulation 2017
On 13 January 2018 an updated piece of banking legislation came in to force called the Payment Services Regulation 2017 (PSR17). This legislation is primarily focused on banking payment services, and to increase competition in the banking sector.
However, telecom companies that charge third-party services to their customers’ bills are also covered by this new legislation. We and our contemporaries must, for the first time, limit these payment services to £240 a month and £40 for any single transaction.
As we’re obliged to ensure our customers stay within these limits, we’ve set the single transaction limit to £30 to remain compliant with the Phone-paid Services Authority.
