That said, the iPhone 17’s front camera is more advanced, with an 18MP lens (versus 12MP on the 16 Pro) and newly released features like Centre Stage, Dual Capture, and ultra-stabilised video for capturing group selfies and smooth footage. 

Overall, the iPhone 17 is a great choice if you like using your front camera for photos and want better battery life and processing power, with a more hard-wearing screen. But, if you’re looking for a phone that supports zoom photography at a high quality and higher storage capacity, the iPhone 16 Pro may suit you better.
