You can’t use Apple Pay for recurring monthly bill payments. These are covered using Direct Debit, or your chosen payment method.
You can use Apple Pay to cover the upfront cost when buying a Device Plan.
Look for the Apple Pay button during checkout and pay using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
