How do I make a one-off payment?

You can make a one-off payment for your bill by logging into your My Vodafone account. If your bill is overdue, you must pay it before setting up a Direct Debit.

To pay over the phone, call 56677 from your Vodafone mobile or 0333 3040 191 from any other phone.

Can I use Apple Pay for a one-off payment?

You can only use Apple Pay for a one-off payment when you’re at online checkout for a Pay Monthly device. Here you can use Apple Pay to cover the upfront cost of your Device Plan. You can’t use Apple Pay towards a bill, or make payments over the phone or on webchat with us.
