Out-of-bundle price changes from April 2023
If you’ve bought one of our plans since 11 August 2021, some out-of-bundle charges that get added to your bill if you go over your monthly allowance, have gone up. Out-of-bundle charges also cover things like calling premium or international numbers or sending texts outside of the UK.
You can stay in control of how much you spend by setting a limit on your out-of-bundle charges. To set your limit, use our Spend Manager tool

We understand that no one wants to see prices go up, but like many businesses, we’re experiencing a big rise in the cost of running our network and providing our services. This is mainly driven by high energy costs and inflation. These cost increases are affecting telecoms providers across the UK.
