With Vodafone Enterprise Spend Manager, you can set a limit on how much you spend on out-of-plan charges each month, helping you to stay in control of unexpected costs.
Please note: only the account administrator, or other authorised users will be able to set or make changes to the usage limit for each connection.

With Vodafone Enterprise Spend Manager, you can set a limit on how much you can spend on out-of-plan charges each month, helping you to stay in control of unexpected costs.
The Spend Manager limit doesn’t affect regular add-on services like Extras or Insurance.

How does this work alongside other account protections (data cap, my account controls)?
Vodafone Spend Manager won’t replace, remove or invalidate any of our existing data protection tools, such as our data cap or the €50 roaming data cap.
Spend Manager will work alongside each of these to provide maximum protection for our customers.
What caps can be used with Spend Manager and which ones are excluded?
The following data caps can’t be used alongside Spend Manager caps on Business Plus, including One Net Anywhere and One Net Business:
Roaming Data caps of £200.00, £500.00, £750.00, £1,000.00, £1,250.00, £1,500.00 and £2,000.00.
The following data caps can be used alongside Spend Manager Caps On Business Plus including One Net Anywhere and One Net Business:
Data capping allowances of:
250MB, 500MB, 1GB, 2GB, 3GB, 4GB, 5GB, 8GB, 10GB, 20GB, 50GB, 75GB, 100GB, 125GB, or 150GB
Please note: if a Spend Manager cap is applied to the lead or parent connection for the shared data group, the shared data cap may be applied before the individual data capping allowance.
Can I cap the out of bundle charges on Products like Business Plus, including One Net Anywhere and One Net Business?
Yes, you can cap the out of bundle charges for Share Data against the following Sharing Groups: Business Plus, Business Plus with One Net Anywhere, or Business Plus with One Net Business.

Shared Data
All connections with a data allowance included in their Business Plus type price plans will share their UK data allowances, plus any Opt in Option internet packs, in a ‘Data Pool’. If a connection is opted in for Business Traveller, EuroTraveller or World Traveller shared data allowance will apply in the traveller countries.
