Vodafone Together discount: If you have signed up to an eligible Pay Monthly Mobile plan and a Broadband plan you will be eligible for a discount on your Broadband plan. Both services must remain connected to continue to receive the discount. The discount amount will vary depending on what Pay Monthly Mobile plan you have. Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone privacy policy: Please see our privacy policy for information on how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information.

Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub: We’ll provide a Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub to any new customers who take out a Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone bundle (subject to successful Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone services availability and credit checks). We do not charge a fee for the Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub. 

Vodafone Broadband app: Compatible Android/iOS device is required for full functionality.

35 Mbps & 63 Mbps average speed claim: 73% of customers on Superfast 1 receive speeds above 35 Mbps [and 61% of customer on Superfast 2 receive above 63 Mbps]. We base our average speeds on sync speed (the speed of your line from the street cabinet or telephone exchange to your router). Speeds may vary significantly by location and are dependent on all equipment meeting minimum specifications, being fully functional and working at full speed. The range of wireless equipment can vary according to the layout of your home. Other factors can also impact internet speeds, such as distance of your home from the network exchange, the number of people using the internet, the level of use of the internet and other environmental and technological influences.

Up to 6x faster than standard UK broadband: Vodafone Superfast 2 Broadband is up to 6 times faster compared with the UK’s average standard (ADSL) broadband speed (9Mbps - from Ofcom broadband performance report, 2017).

Call costs and subscription features: Details of our call costs (including a complete list of all our premium rate and international call costs and charges) are set out in our Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone Price Plan The costs of any features or feature bundles which include a monthly subscription charge are also included in this Price Plan. Please note that any features or feature bundles must be retained for a minimum of 30 days.

Line rental: No line rental is required with all Broadband and Home Phone services.

Evening and weekend calls: You may purchase extra call bundles allowing calls to certain numbers at particular times of the day. This is how we define these times:

‘Daytime’ is 7am to 7pm, Monday-Friday

‘Evening’ is 7pm to 7am, Monday to Friday

'Weekend’ is all day Saturday and Sunday (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday). Please note that bank holidays are treated as normal weekends.

Anytime calls: Can be made during daytime, evening and weekend periods. Max call duration is 60 minutes – standard call charges will apply after 60 minutes.

Number Transfer: Our ability to transfer your number is subject to availability.

Offers, promotions and discounts: Our offers and promotions are available to new Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone customers only.

Apple TV 4K on us: You will receive your Apple TV 4K device at the same time as receiving your Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub. Not all content is available in 4K. 4K resolution requires 4K-capable TV. Accessing Dolby Atmos features requires Dolby Atmos–capable devices. Ownership of the Apple 4K TV equipment is yours 14 days after activation of your Vodafone Superfast 1 or 2 Extra or Gigafast 900 Extra Home Broadband service.


**Apple TV+: Limited time offer. Subscription for 12 months included with Apple TV 4K. To benefit from your inclusive 12-month Apple TV+ subscription, you must activate Apple TV+ within 3 months of receiving your device.  One subscription per 'Family Sharing' group (up to six family members). Anytime Landline and Mobile calls: Applies to the first 60 minutes of UK landlines (numbers beginning 01, 02, 03) and UK mobile numbers (numbers beginning with 07) which you dial directly. Inclusive calls are to UK mobiles only (this does not include other numbers that begin with 07 such as WiFi services etc.). If you wish to avoid additional call charges you should re-dial before 60 minutes have passed. Standard call charges apply if you exceed the 60-minute call cap. Full details can be found here

  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”):
    1. Offer” means one (1) £75  e-gift for Eligible Members who purchase a Qualifying Plan;
    2. Offer Period” means 00:01 21 September – 23:59 8 November 2020;
    3. Promoter” means Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN. Registered in England No 1471587;
    4. Eligible Members” means new customers who purchase one of the Qualifying Plans within the Offer Period; and
    5. Qualifying Plans” means a 24 month Superfast 1 Extra or Superfast 2 Extra plan purchased from the Promoter directly.
  2. Existing Vodafone home broadband customers will not be Eligible Members for the purposes of the Offer.
  3. The price for the purchase of a Qualifying Plan includes the Offer and no additional payment is required from Eligible Members.
  4. In order to redeem the Offer, Eligible Members must provide a valid email address when purchasing a Qualifying Plan. It may take up to 28 days from the date of activation of a Qualifying Plan for Eligible Members to be confirmed as eligible for the Offer. The Promoter will only consider queries about eligibility for the Offer once this 28 day period has passed. Once eligibility for the Offer has been confirmed by the Promoter, Eligible Members will receive an email sent to the email address provided with details of how to redeem the Offer. Eligible Members will have 90 days to redeem the Offer from receipt of the email with details of how to redeem the Offer.
  5. The Offer is only available for Qualifying Plans purchased online directly from the Promoter. Plans purchased through the Promoter’s partners and other affiliate sites will not be Qualifying Plans for the purposes of the Offer.
  6. The Offer cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotional code that may be available during the Offer Period. The Offer is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Offer at any time with immediate effect, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with immediate effect via the Promoter’s website.
  9. The Offer is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Offer with another offer of similar value in the event that the Offer is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  10. Any decisions made by the Promoter over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11.
