These changes won’t apply in our Europe Zone 2, which covers Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Isle of Man and Channel Islands (inc. Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm), the Faroe Islands, San Marino, Switzerland and Turkey.

To save you from running up unexpected costs, we currently cap the amount you can spend on data outside your monthly allowance at £36.39 in our Europe Zones (including VAT where applicable). Once you’ve spent this amount, your data usage will be stopped – unless you’ve opted out of data capping. To opt out of data capping, text UNCAP to 40209 or call our customer services team on 191 (free from your Vodafone mobile).

Opt in to Vodafone EuroTraveller on Pay as you go and you can take your UK data, minutes and texts with you from your Big Value Bundles, Freebies or Extras anywhere in our Europe Zone, for just £3 extra a day (inc. VAT). You’ll only pay on the days you use your phone or tablet, and we’ll also give you 100MB of data for each day you use your device while you’re away.
