You get your first bill from Vodafone within a couple of days of joining us. It’ll cover the first few days of your plan as well as the next full month, so it will be slightly higher than usual. If you’re worried that you may have been overcharged, please get in touch with us.

Visit the Three website to learn about your final bill with Three. If you still have services with Three, your Three bills and Vodafone bills will remain separate. This means that any existing Three bills should still be paid through your Three account, and they can’t be combined with your Vodafone bill payments.

If you have accessibility needs like visual impairment, limited mobility or difficulty hearing or speaking, you should request accessibility support from both Three and Vodafone to make sure you get all the support you need.

If you’re experiencing a critical illness, bereavement or job loss, we’re here to help. It’s best to let both Three and Vodafone know about your situation separately to make sure you get the right support. 

Vodafone Together

If you have multiple qualifying Vodafone products on the same Vodafone account, you can benefit from Vodafone Together discounts.  All plans must be Vodafone plans to qualify for this discount.
