Frequently asked questions
If you have home broadband with us, you can refer a friend.
Unfortunately, you can’t refer a friend if you have a mobile broadband product with us (4G Mobile Hotspot, GigaCube, mobile dongles) or you bought your broadband through a third-party website like Uswitch. Any referrals must go through your unique link, so unfortunately, we cannot include broadband purchased through webchat.
Our ‘refer a friend’ referral scheme, rewards you when you refer your friends to purchase Vodafone Broadband, where you’ll both receive an Amazon gift card (£25 for Vodafone Broadband or £50 for Pro II Broadband). You can also refer multiple friends and if they also take out broadband with us, you’ll receive an Amazon gift voucher each time.
Before your friend completes their purchase, please make sure they’re using your referral link. If they open a different tab or window, we might not be able to track the referral. Friends must use the referral link that you share with them and buy their broadband within four weeks.
You and your friend will receive your vouchers by email within 30 days after your friend’s broadband has been installed and activated.
There’s no limit on how many friends or family members can use your link – your unique referral link is yours to keep on sharing with as many people as you want.
If your friend cancels their contract or doesn’t pay their bill within the first two months, then neither of you will receive the gift voucher.
