Existing customers can get online from just £2.50 a month

With our introductory Vodafone Connect offer, existing customers can enjoy our brilliant broadband and home phone packages for as little as £2.50 a month for the first 12 months (£5 a month thereafter) plus £16.99 a month line rental.

Pay monthly Red customers also get inclusive anytime calls to UK landlines, plus 300 minutes to mobile numbers from their home phone (worth £5 a month each).

And all customers get inclusive evening and weekend calls to UK landlines.

Simplicity, from switching to switching on

With our simple switching service and ongoing support online or by phone, we’ll help you get online in no time.

For most providers you won’t need to do a thing – we’ll handle it for you. But for a few (such as Virgin Media) you’ll need to let them know you’re leaving or contact them for a MAC (migration access code) to transfer your broadband service.

Want to transfer your home phone number across? Don’t worry, we’ll do that for you too – or let you know in advance if there’s a reason you can’t keep it.

Our legal terms

  • Vodafone Connect

    Vodafone Connect (broadband and home phone) services are subject to acceptance and availability in your area. Subject to credit check, an 18-month minimum term agreement applies.

    Installation: A new line provision charge (£60) may apply if you don’t currently have a BT Openreach line. A fibre activation charge (£30) may also apply. Other upfront service and maintenance charges may apply, these are set out in the detailed Vodafone Connect Price Plan

    Payment: Payment is by Direct Debit. Please note that VAT is included in the advertised prices and charges where required and is applied at the UK standard rate in force unless otherwise stated.

    Line rental: £16.99 a month line rental is required with all broadband and home phone services.

    Vodafone Connect router: £2.50 router delivery charge

    Switching service: Virgin customers will have to contact their provider to let them know they’re leaving.

    The Vodafone Connect Terms apply to Vodafone Connect Services.

  • Broadband

    Vodafone Connect router: We’ll provide a Vodafone Connect router to any new customers who want to take our Vodafone Connect Services (subject to successful Vodafone Connect Services availability checks and credit checks).

    Speed: Broadband speeds referred to are maximum download speeds. Speeds may vary significantly by location and are dependent on all equipment meeting minimum specifications, being fully functional and working at full speed. The range of wireless equipment can vary according to the layout of your home. Other factors can also impact internet speeds, such as distance of your home from the network exchange, the number of people using the internet, the level of use of the internet and other environmental and technological influences.

    Up to 10x faster than standard UK broadband: Vodafone Ultrafast Fibre Broadband is up to 10 times faster compared with the UK’s average standard (ADSL) broadband speed (7.3Mbps - from Ofcom broadband performance report, Nov 2014).

    F-Secure (anti-virus software): Chargeable extra: free for first 6 months and chargeable for next 12 months at £39.99 (RRP £79.99). Covers up to 5 devices. Opt in and manual activation required. Some features may be modified and may not be compatible with certain operation systems. Please refer to the End User Licence Agreement with the relevant third party anti-virus software provider.

    Downloading third party content: A copyright owner's permission may be required for downloading protected content. Downloading protected content without the copyright owner's consent may constitute a criminal offence. Please see the Vodafone Connect Acceptable Use Policy for more details.

    Parental controls: Parental controls are currently available to all Vodafone Connect customers. Parental Controls will be automatically set to off as default.

  • Home phone

    Call Costs: Details of our call costs (including a complete list of all our premium rate and international call costs and charges) are set out in the detailed Vodafone Connect Price Plan

    Line rental: £16.99 a month line rental is required with all broadband and home phone services.

    Line Rental Saver: Available to new and existing Vodafone Connect customers. If you wish to benefit you must pay the charges for 12 months' Line Rental (£163.10) in advance by debit or credit card. You'll automatically be transferred to our standard Vodafone Connect Services line rental charge of £16.99 a month, 12 months after your Line Rental Saver commencement date. You can renew Line Rental Saver for another 12 months after the end of the Minimum Period. Please note that Line Rental Saver isn't available with other line rental or talk plan offers.

    Evening and weekend calls: are available between 7am to 7pm weekdays, and between midnight Friday and midnight Sunday. Please note that bank holidays are treated as normal weekdays.

    Anytime calls: can be made during daytime, evening and weekend periods.

    Inclusive calls: are to standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02, 03) only. 60 minute max duration per call; standard call charges apply after 60 minutes. You can hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes to avoid these charges.

    Connection charge: A call connection charge of 15p per call applies for all non-inclusive calls, unless otherwise stated.

    Mobile 300: 300 minutes to UK mobiles only; standard mobile rates apply once 300 minute usage limit has been reached.

    Number Transfer: Our ability to transfer your number is subject to availability.

    Subscription Features: Where a feature or feature bundle attracts a monthly subscription charge, you must retain the feature for a minimum of 30 days. Costs are detailed in this Price Plan.

    Offers, promotions and discounts: Our offers and promotions are available to new Vodafone Connect (broadband and home phone) customers only.

    Existing Vodafone mobile customer discount: £5 monthly discount for existing Vodafone mobile customers will be removed if you’re no longer a Vodafone mobile customer.
