How to find your PUK
Unlock your SIM
If you enter your SIM PIN incorrectly three times, you'll need a PUK code to unlock your phone. Call us on 191 free from your Vodafone mobile or 0333 304 0191 from any other mobile, and say, "I need a PUK code." Now you've got your PUK follow the on-screen instructions to unlock your phone. Entering the wrong PUK 10 times will permanently block your SIM.
