Return an item

If you need to return an item because it’s faulty or you’ve changed your mind, please let us know within the following timeframes:

  • If the item is faulty – 30 days

  • If you’ve changed your mind – 14 days

Make sure you send it back within 14 days.

If you’ve upgraded your broadband plan and received a replacement router or if you’re leaving us, you can return your old router free of charge.
