iPhone 11 Pro Max vs iPhone 8

Which one is best for you?

Apple’s 2019 release featured its first Pro Max model – the most advanced iPhone to date, with a host of new features, and a great deal more power under the hood than its 2017 equivalent.

iPhone 8 was well received when it arrived, but Apple have invested a great deal in updating their technology, and iPhone 11 Pro Max is a much more impressive smartphone in every sense. The large 6.5-inch OLED screen dwarfs iPhone 8’s 4.7-inch LCD display, and the glass and steel construction has been made considerably more robust. Inside the shell there is more processing power, more memory, more storage, and more battery capacity.

Apple’s camera boffins have been hard at work too. iPhone 8’s single-lens rear camera has been supplanted by iPhone 11 Pro Max’s much more advanced 12+12+12-megapixel triple-lens array, featuring Ultra Wide angle and Telephoto lenses for even more dynamic and exciting images. The selfie camera has seen an upgrade too – from 7 to 12 megapixels.
