UK minutes, standard texts and internet

A minimum one-minute call charge applies to the following numbers:

Non-geographic calls
A one-minute call charge applies to all non-geographic calls.

Premium rates
Premium rate numbers usually start with 09. They're used for special phone services – information services, chat or dating services, or voting on TV shows.
