Changes to roaming charges in EU-regulated countries

From 1 July 2015 you can use your phone or tablet in our Europe Zone 1 for less because we're reducing the rates you’ll pay less to make calls, send texts and use data. So you can keep in touch with home without worrying about costs.

These rate changes will apply in all our Europe Zone countries, apart from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), the Faroe Islands, the Isle of Man, San Marino, Switzerland and Turkey.

In countries where VAT is not applicable, the above rates will be charged excluding VAT.

To save you from running up unexpected costs we currently limit the amount you can spend on data outside your monthly allowance at €50 (£36.40 including VAT). This cap doesn’t apply if you’re opted out of data capping. To opt out of data capping, text UNCAP to 40209 or call our customer services team on 191 free from your Vodafone mobile.

Opt in to Vodafone EuroTraveller on Pay as you go and you can use your UK minutes, texts and data in our Europe Zone just as you would at home. This could make your savings even greater when using your phone or tablet in Europe. To opt in, text EURO to 2345 or call 5555 free from your Vodafone mobile.
