Both devices offer the same storage options at 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, but offer different colours to choose from. The S25 colours include Navy, Icyblue, Mint, and Silver Shadow, while the S23 colours are Lavender, Cream, Green, and Phantom Black.

If you want the faster and more up-to-date device, choose the Galaxy S25. However, if you're on a budget, the S23 is a great choice and benefits from the same camera as the S25.
