What do I need to do to get my Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass?

You’ll need to have completed the following steps by 14 January 2014 to qualify for your monthly £10.

  • Bought a Pay as you go smartphone from £50 with a £20 Freedom Freebee.
  • Activated your new smartphone and applied your £20 Freedom Freebee
  • Registered on our Cinema Pass website and enter the code on your Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass, IMEI number of the smartphone purchased and your phone number
  • Followed the registration verification link in the confirmation text we’ll send you

I forgot to register before 14 January 2014, can I still get my Cinema Pass?

No, unfortunately not. You needed to register, activate your new smartphone and apply your £20 Freedom Freebee by 14 January 2014 to get your Cinema Pass.

How many Freebee Rewardz Cinema Passes can I claim?

You can only claim one Cinema Pass per smartphone, bought with a £20 Freedom freebee. And you can register up to three smartphones in your household.

Where can I find my IMEI number?

The IMEI number is a unique identity code for your new smartphone. You can find it by dialling *#06# on your phone, or looking on the box.

I can’t register my details on the Cinema Pass website – what should I do?

My Cinema Pass number isn’t working, what should I do?

Get in touch – please include your Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass code, your name, IMEI number of your new smartphone and your phone number. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays.

Why does the website say that my email address has already been registered?

You can only register one smartphone per email address, as it’ll become part of your log in details. You’ll need to use a different email address, or create a new one.

I haven’t got my verification text message yet, what should I do?

Get in touch – please include your Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass code, your name, IMEI number of your new smartphone and your phone number. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays.

Can I claim my £10 more than once per month?

No, you can only claim £10 once a month from the 16 January 2014 to 31 January 2015. But, you can claim February’s £10 between the 16 January 2014 and 28 February 2014. Remember to claim your £10 each calendar month.

I forgot to claim my £10 last month, can I claim it this month?

No, you must claim your monthly £10 allowance within the relevant calendar month.

Can I claim next month’s £10 allowance in advance?

No, you can only claim your £10 allowance within the relevant calendar month.

Who can I contact if my Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass hasn’t arrived?

If you haven’t been credited your monthly £10 after two working days, just get in touch

Can I cancel my Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass?

Yes, just get in touch and we’ll cancel your Cinema Pass card.

Where can I use my Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass?

You can use your Cinema Pass at any cinema in the UK displaying the Visa symbol.

Can I use my Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass to buy food at the cinema?

Yes, you can use your Cinema Pass to buy cinema tickets from the box office, and food and drink from the kiosk.

Who can I contact about my Vodafone account or my new smartphone?

Get in touch with Vodafone Customer Services on 191 - calls to 191 from a Vodafone Pay as you go mobile are free. If you opt to speak to an adviser you'll pay 25p for the whole call.

What’s a credEcardplus card?

A credEcardplus card is your Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass. This is a prepaid Visa card.

Is my Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass the same as a debit card or credit card?

No, your Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass (credEcardplus card) is a prepaid card which can be used at any UK Cinema displaying the Visa symbol.

How do I activate my card?

You’ll get a three-digit activation code in the post. To activate your Cinema Pass you’ll need to:

Call 0844 412 1717, choose option 2 and follow the instructions. You can also get your PIN at the same time. Calls are charged at the standard rate from a Vodafone Pay as you go mobile. If you call from another mobile or landline, your standard network charges will apply.

When can I start using my Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass?

You can start using your Cinema Pass as soon as it has been activated and your first monthly £10 has been added to your card.

How long do I have to spend the credit on my Cinema Pass?

Your card expires on 31 July 2015, so make sure you take a trip to the cinema before then.

What happens if my Freebee Rewardz Cinema Pass is lost or stolen?

  • If your Cinema Pass is lost or stolen, or someone else knows your PIN, let us know by calling us on 01756 693 275.
  • Your Cinema Pass will be cancelled and we’ll arrange for a new Cinema Pass to be sent to you.
  • Your first replacement Cinema Pass will be free, but if you need another one, a £5 charge will apply.
  • If there’s enough on your Cinema Pass we’ll take £5 from it, otherwise you’ll need to pay by debit card.
