Once you’ve purchased an eligible Samsung smartphone and a connected device, you must visit Samsung’s offer page, and complete the claim form with the required information. This usually includes your name, contact information, email and postal address, and bank account details. You must submit the form with the scanned copies of each proof or purchase. You might need to upload an image of the serial or IMEI1 number from the Settings screen of your devices.

You need to claim the cashback within 60 days of the first purchase. Once you’ve submitted your claim, you’ll receive an email about its successful receipt. Within seven days, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In case your claim is incorrect, you’ll be notified via email and SMS, and you can provide any missing information within seven days. The cashback will be sent to you within 45 days of the confirmation email, to the bank account you provided in the form.

You can claim up to £100 cashback after every connected device purchased. This means that, for example, if you buy a watch and a tablet within 30 days of your smartphone purchase, you can claim the £100 cashback for both devices. See full terms and conditions

Who's eligible for Lifetime Service Promise?

Any customer who bought a phone on Vodafone EVO from 26 July 2023 onwards is eligible for Lifetime Service Promise. This includes all refurbished phones.

IP rating (Ingress Protection) is a measurement of how well your phone copes with dust and water.

Samsung Galaxy S Series and Galaxy Note Series phones are designed to be water resistant with an IP (Ingress Protection) rating of IP68 – they’re water-resistant up to a maximum depth of 1.5 metres in freshwater for up to 30 minutes.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Series phones have an IPX8 rating – this means you can unfold the phones freely, even when caught in the rain*. However, it doesn’t mean that they’re dust-resistant.

The newest additions to the Z series are the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra – they all have an IP48 rating for water resistance, meaning they can be submerged in up to 1.5 metres of freshwater for up to 30 minutes.

Some Samsung Galaxy A Series phones, such as the Samsung Galaxy A56 5G and the Samsung Galaxy A36 5G, have an IP67 rating for water resistance, meaning they can withstand up to 1.5 metres in freshwater for up to 30 minutes.

IP48: These devices can be submerged to a depth of 1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes. This is based on test conditions for submersion in up to 1.5 metres of freshwater for up to 30 minutes. Samsung advise IP48 devices are not for beach or pool use.

IP67: This rating is based on test conditions of submersion in up to 1 metre of freshwater for up to 30 minutes – which differs to the 1.5 metre freshwater depth testing of IP68-rated devices. Samsung advises lightly rinsing off any water residue or drying your device if it gets wet. Samsung devices are not advised for beach or pool use and may not be water resistant if submerged in soapy water.
