Our leaders

Max Taylor, CEO, Vodafone UK

Max Taylor, the CEO of Vodafone UK, has been at the company for five years, previously in the role of Chief Commercial Officer.

Over the past five years, he’s been credited with the revival of the Vodafone brand in the UK, with successful campaigns, such as Be Unlimited, Keeping the UK Connected, and the Great British Broadband Switch. These campaigns have resulted in millions of subscribers returning to Vodafone.

Since he took over, customer experience metrics have improved dramatically, from last place in Ofcom complaints in 2019 to today, where Vodafone is now the joint best.

An industry veteran with over 25 years’ experience in commercial and marketing roles, Taylor has held key leadership roles during the formation of EE from Orange and T-Mobile, and was on the board of EE during its integration into the BT group.

A customer- and frontline- focused marketeer with a passion for innovation, Max Taylor is now leading Vodafone UK towards the potential merger with Three.
