If we sent you a new SIM after an upgrade or as a replacement, you can activate it using our SIM swap tool

Its not too late to give us your switching code from your old provider

Keep my Number

Keeping your current number when you join us is easy. Just ask your previous network for a PAC code and your current contract will be cancelled and your current number brought over to Vodafone.

If you don’t want to keep your current number, just ask your previous network for a STAC code

The first amount we bill you for might be a little more than your agreed monthly charge. 

This is because your monthly charge is for the month ahead. When you join us, we need to bill you for the days you’ve already used, plus the month to come.

This means your first bill covers anywhere from 31 to 60 days. If you decide to leave us, we’ll only bill you for the days up to your leaving date. This will be fewer than 31 days. 

If you’ve already registered with us, you’ll get an email to let you know that your bill is ready. Log in to view this online – you can also get a printable PDF.

Please note: The app is free to use, but downloading it uses data unless you’re connected to WiFi.

If you’re not registered, we’ll send you a text with your total bill amount instead.

We know how important it is to keep connected on the go. Your device’s internet connection is controlled by your APN (Access Point Name) settings. If you text WEB to 40127, you’ll receive a message that will help you make sure these are correct.

Pay monthly APN settings will start with wap.Vodafone.co.uk
Pay as you go or VOXI APN setting will start with pp.Vodafone.co.uk

Still not working, or very slow

It’s quick and easy to track your usage in the My Vodafone app. You can also log in on the website.

If you’d rather call free to check your allowance:
• Pay as you go – call *#1345# or 2345 
• Pay monthly – call 44555

You can check for any problems in your area using our Network Status Checker or going to Network satisfaction > Network Status Checker in the My Vodafone app

Big Value Bundles are 30-day packages of data, minutes and texts.  

You need to be a Pay as you go customer to get one.

You can do this in the My Vodafone apponline, or by calling 4354 free from your Vodafone mobile. 

You also have the option of texting BIGVALUE10, BIGVALUE15, BIGVALUE20 or BIGVALUE30 free to 2345. Make sure you text us from the phone you want to add your Big Value Bundle to. In app purchase available.
