There's a change on my account I don't recognise
What do I need to do?
Before you do anything else, ask yourself:
Could this have been you?
Could someone else have made the change – a family member perhaps?
If the answer is ‘no’ and you suspect that someone has gained access to your account without permission – don’t panic. Contact us as soon as possible, so we can take steps to protect your information.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 8AM to 10PM and Saturday to Sunday, 8AM to 8PM. If you call outside of these hours, you can request a call back.
