There's a change on my account I don't recognise

What do I need to do?

Before you do anything else, ask yourself:

  • Could this have been you? 

  • Could someone else have made the change – a family member perhaps?

If the answer is no and you suspect someone has gained access to your account without permission – don’t panic.

Call our fraud team as soon as possible so we can take steps to protect your information: 0333 304 2822.

When you’re asked for the reason you’re calling, say ‘fraud’. This will put you straight through to the right team.

Our fraud team are available 8am-9pm, 7 days a week. If you call outside these hours, you can ask for a call back.
