There's a change on my account I don't recognise

What do I need to do?

Before you do anything else, ask yourself:

  • Could this have been you? 

  • Could someone else have made the change – a family member perhaps?

If the answer is no and you suspect someone has gained access to your account without permission – don’t panic.

Call our fraud team as soon as possible so we can take steps to protect your information: 0333 304 2897.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 8AM to 10PM and Saturday to Sunday, 8AM to 8PM. If you call outside of these hours, you can request a call back.

When you’re asked for the reason you’re calling, say ‘fraud’. This will put you straight through to the right team.
